Gartner® has released its first Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) Tools Report and I’m thrilled to share that Dazz has been recognized as the top-ranked vendor for overall experience by customers, plus received the highest vote of confidence in terms of customers willing to recommend Dazz compared to the other vendors included in the report.

In case you aren’t familiar with Gartner’s "The Voice of the Customer,” it is a report that synthesizes Gartner Peer Insights reviews into insights for buyers of technology and services. It’s an aggregated peer perspective, along with the individual detailed reviews, to help buyers evaluate vendors.

In the 2024 Gartner Voice of the Customer for Application Security Posture Management Tools Report, only vendors with 20 or more eligible published reviews (and 15 or more ratings for “Capabilities” and “Support/Delivery”) during the specified 18-month submission period are included.

My favorite stats

There are a number of key stats in the report, but among my favorites are:

• Dazz received a 95% “Willingness to Recommend” score — the highest of the 5 vendors included in the report
• Customers gave us a 4.9/5 rating for our Services
• We received 4.8/5 rating for our Product Capabilities
• 86% of our reviews were 5/5 ratings
